Tempel Chacha, destilled wine/grapeskins in various versions - inspired by the international knowledge and innovation project "Qvevri-to-Qvevri" and the cultural connection with georgians in Sweden. Smooth, plentiful and versatile food grapewine spirit in harmony with body and good length. Suitable for cheese, vegetarian, stews, meat, raw food, sushi, fried and the innovative Nordic cuisine. Serve 8-10 °C.

Grapes: Regent and other PIWI varieties, own production.

Method: Chacha method. Destilled grapeskins from own qvevri wine production inspired by the georgian Chacha tradition.

Origin: Vejbystrand, Sweden.

Certification: EU Ecological ' the green leaf ', biodynamic by Demeter.

Award: SILVER Medal in IWSC International Wine and Spirit Competition, London 2025
